Terms of sale and website use Last updated: November 1, 2026 1. About these terms These terms apply to your use of WorkRangeEquipment.com and to quotes requested through it. A purchase is governed by the written quote, invoice or bill of sale we issue for that purchase. 2. Listings and availability We work to keep listings accurate, but equipment is offered subject to prior sale. Specifications, hours, mileage, photos and descriptions are provided in good faith and should be confirmed with us before purchase. Sending a form does not reserve equipment or create a contract. 3. Prices Prices are in US dollars. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude sales tax, title and registration fees, and delivery. Your written quote shows the total. We may correct obvious pricing errors before a sale is confirmed. 4. Condition and inspection Used equipment is sold "as is, where is" unless a written warranty is provided with your invoice. You are welcome to request additional photos, a walk-around video or an in-person inspection before you buy. Any manufacturer warranty that remains on a unit transfers according to the manufacturer's terms. 5. Payment Payment terms and accepted methods are stated on your invoice. Equipment is released for delivery once payment has cleared. Always confirm payment instructions by phone with a member of our team before sending funds. 6. Delivery We arrange delivery within the United States at the freight price shown on your quote. Delivery dates are estimates. You are responsible for providing safe, level access for unloading. Please inspect equipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. 7. Shipping containers Containers are sold as standard steel ISO shipping containers for shipping, freight and storage. Condition grades (new one-trip, cargo-worthy, wind and watertight) are described on each listing. Delivery by tilt-bed truck requires clear, level access. 8. Selling or trading equipment to us Offers to buy or take equipment in trade are subject to inspection and to confirmation of clear title. You must disclose any liens or finance on the equipment. 9. Trademarks Kubota, Bobcat and other manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the equipment we sell. Work Range Equipment is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers unless stated. 10. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or equipment.
